90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Lumero, we stand behind our products. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is offered as a goodwill gesture and is entirely at Lumero's discretion.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met without exception:
- The return request must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date (not delivery date). Requests received after this period will be automatically declined.
- The product must be less than 20% consumed (e.g. a 90-capsule bottle = no more than 12 capsules taken). Remaining capsules must be present in the original bottle at the time of return.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all inserts, seals, accessories, lids, documentation, and any promotional items included in the order.
- You must provide a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice. Bank statements, screenshots of payment, or third-party receipts will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Clear, timestamped photographic evidence of the product (all components visible) must be submitted via email to support@lumeroofficial.com at the time of requesting the return.
2. What Is NOT Eligible
The following are explicitly excluded from the Money-Back Guarantee and no refund or credit will be issued:
- Products purchased on sale, promotion, or with a discount code
- Bundle, multi-pack, or subscription orders — all items in a bundle must be returned together in full; partial bundle returns will not be accepted
- Sample, gift, or complimentary products
- Limited edition or seasonal products
- Products where original packaging is missing, damaged, or tampered with
- Products returned without prior written approval from Lumero
- Any product showing signs of misuse, damage, or excessive use beyond the 20% threshold
- Returns submitted by a third party on behalf of the original purchaser
3. How to Submit a Return
Step 1 — Submit An Email Request Form our website in full. Incomplete emails will not be processed. Attach timestamped photos of the product and all components.
Step 2 — Await Written Approval Our team will review your submission within 5–7 business days. Eligibility is assessed solely at Lumero's discretion. You will receive written confirmation if your request is approved. Do not send any product back before receiving written approval — unapproved returns will be refused at the door and returned to sender at your cost.
Step 3 — Ship Your Return
- All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lumero will not reimburse postage under any circumstances.
- Items must be sent via a tracked and signed-for courier service. The tracking number and courier name must be emailed to support@lumeroofficial.com within 48 hours of dispatch.
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Lumero is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Lumero reserves the right to refuse receipt of any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Step 4 — Inspection & Processing Once received, returns undergo a thorough inspection process of up to 10 business days. If the return does not meet all eligibility criteria upon inspection, it will be rejected and no refund issued. The product may be returned to you at your expense.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, less any original shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.
- Where a restocking or processing fee applies (up to 20% of the product value), this will be deducted prior to any refund being issued.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. Lumero is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
5. Discretion & Policy Amendments
Lumero reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice. In cases of suspected policy abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated claims, Lumero reserves the right to exclude individuals from eligibility permanently and to pursue recovery of funds where applicable.
Submission of a returns request does not guarantee a refund. All decisions made by Lumero are final and binding.
